To secure your appointment time, all clients must add a credit card on file. Please note that your card will only be charged if the cancellation policy (requiring 24 hours notice) is not honored. Your card will NOT be charged otherwise. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment. Clients who arrive 15 minutes or later past the start time of their appointment may not be seen.

Strollers: Due to limited space (especially during the snowy season), we recommend bringing in the bucket car seat only. If you require a stroller for medical reasons, it must remain in reception (folded) and cannot be left in the hallway.
